Description

The Aspergillus niger real-time qPCR detection kit from Primerdesign provides specific detection of Aspergillus niger, one of the most common spoilage moulds of fruit, vegetables and stored foods and a producer of ochratoxin A. The TaqMan-based assay targets a conserved, species-specific genomic region for sensitive detection directly from extracted nucleic acid.

Each kit supplies a ready-to-use primer and probe mix together with a positive control template, providing a complete workflow from extracted DNA on any standard real-time PCR platform.
